Newly opened in 2008, Milestone Events features elegant rooms, tastefully decorated in warm, neutral colors, to compliment any color scheme, as well as modern amenities and state of the art audio-visual options. From anniversaries to family reunions, Sweet 16 and Quinceañera celebrations, as well as club and organization fundraising or social events, we will help you create an event that will remain in your guests' memories forever.

Wedding Cake

At Milestone Events, brides and event planners have the option of arranging for many of their own vendors and services, or, if you prefer, we can simplify your wedding and event planning from beginning to end, by recommending providers from our Preferred Providers List. Milestone Events will coordinate all the planning with our preferred providers, including floral designers, photographers, bakeries, limo and valet companies, equipment rental companies and DJs.

Milestone Events can accommodate your wedding ceremony with a reception for 130 guests, and seated receptions for 180, and cocktail parties for 295. For more information about Milestone Events' Room Capacities, click here.

Tours and Bridal Shows: We would be happy to schedule a personal wedding planning consultation or tour of Milestone Events' facilities. Tours are scheduled by appointment, and evening and weekend appointments are available. In addition, Milestone Events hosts the West Chester Bridal Show in the Spring and Fall of each year. See the Calendar Page for Bridal Show listing/RSVP. The bridal show is a wonderful opportunity to meet with event planners and vendors, as well as to visualize how the spaces can be decorated for your special event.
